Think: leading quality projects, keeping up with international standards (JCI, CARF—if you know, you know), and building systems that keep the hospital running smoothly.

What You’ll Actually Do

– Roll out and keep tabs on quality improvement stuff across the whole hospital
– Build and update those clinical audit tools everyone pretends to love
– Make sure the hospital’s ready when the accreditation folks come poking around
– Write policies and make sure everyone’s not just winging it
– Set up and review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and those JAWDA things
– Sniff out risks and help dodge the big ones
– Work with everyone from docs to nurses to random admins—teamwork, baby
– Teach staff how not to mess things up (aka quality assurance training)

What You Need to Bring

– Bachelor’s in Healthcare Admin, Nursing, or something similar
– CPHQ or CPPS certificate—don’t even bother without it
– At least 3 years doing this quality gig in a hospital, not just a clinic
– You’ve survived at least one JCI or CARF process
– Know your way around audits, policies, and KPIs
– Actually understand clinical risk management (not just the buzzwords)
– Can talk to humans and write a decent report
– Got a UAE healthcare license (DOH/HAAD, MOH, or DHA) or can get one
