So, Tiger Contracting – yeah, you’ve probably heard of us if you’ve been around the UAE construction scene. We build those crazy high-rises everyone’s always talking about. Basically, we’re big on quality, big on safety, and we’re not shy about innovation or green building either. If you’re looking for some boring, stuck-in-the-past gig, this ain’t it.

What’s the Gig?

We’re hunting for a legit Safety Engineer or Safety Officer. If you’ve been wrangling safety on construction sites, especially those monster towers, you’ll fit right in. SARS approval is a must (seriously, don’t even bother without it) and you need to be ready to roll, like, yesterday.

What You’ll Actually Do (Not the Fluffy Stuff)

• Whip up safety plans that actually make sense for each site—not just copy-paste jobs.
• Patrol the site, spot the “Oh no, not again” moments before they happen, and lay down the law on safety.
• Run toolbox talks, keep training sessions lively (no sleeping allowed), and do those risk assessments everyone loves so much.
• Make sure all the gear actually works. Helmets, harnesses, whatever—the lot.
• Keep your eyes peeled for anything sketchy. If it looks unsafe, sort it out. Simple.

Are You the One?

• SARS Approval. No, really. It’s non-negotiable.
• At least 5 years getting your hands dirty in construction safety.
• 2 years minimum doing the high-rise dance.
• Know your way around UAE site safety rules and regs.
• Can talk to anyone and make it stick (and yes, you can write a decent report).
• Already living in the UAE (sorry, no overseas applicants).
• Can start, like, now.
