Education

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Sales/Marketing

Experience

• 10+ years experience in field sales.
• Prior core experience in edible oil business/FMCG.
• Strong grip over Data Management System.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans through aligned business strategy to deliver volume & value growth.
• To monitor the performance of the brands for Region/Area/Territory/Distribution with the support of data.
• Accountable to sustain Sales Key Performance Indicators & Targets.
• To ensure smooth implementation of all activity plan issued by marketing.
• Ensure all sales documents are maintained and kept updated at region/area level.
• Ensure daily discipline by adhering to Code of Business and Ethics.
